Rising Fury

Rising Fury is a fighting game I am currently working as the Lead Programmer on as part of a group assignment for the final year of my degree.

As the Lead Programmer it is my job to research, prototype and implement all of the mechanics and frameworks required for the game.

Character controls are critical for any fighting game and so using Unreal Engine 4’s blueprint system I have created a state machine similar to push down automata for all the character movements to create a really solid set of controls.

I am also responsible for implementing the games UI  using UMG widgets.
